Judge says victim?s siblings can sit in on testimony at Kahler trial

LYNDON, Kan. — Two siblings of slaying victim Karen Kahler will sit in the courtroom during most of the Aug. 8 trial of capital murder defendant Kraig Kahler, chief Judge Phillip Fromme ruled yesterday.
