MJ loved her new billable machine, until she discovered how slick it made the floor.
It was too windy outside to use MJ's new bubble machine. We brought it in & filled the living room with bubbles. MJ loved it but when she chased them she discovered the floor was essentially covered in soap.

New tool to curate relevant content.
I think I like this better than an RSS. It brings in articles by keywords instead of being site specific. You can customize the feeds too.

My baby girl had to get tubes and her ears and adenoids taken out. The tubes aren't too intrusive but the adenoid removal is no cake walk. Dr said we have no screaming or running around for 2 weeks. Yeah, that's gonna be easy. Poor girl

Man admits 'having sex' with 1,000 cars
Mr Smith, 57, first had sex with a car at the age of 15, and claims he has never been attracted to women or men. But his wandering eye has spread beyond cars to other vehicles. He says that his most intense sexual experience was "making love" to the helicopter from 1980s TV hit Airwolf. As well as Vanilla, he regularly spends time with his other veh ..read more..

Apple's Scraping the Bottom of the Barrel
Don't buy Apple's (AAPL) stock. And if you own it, sell it. I know the company has a core following that is loyal, even cultlike, but the broader base of believers has been steadily eroding for years. To wager on this company is to bet that the exodus of users can be staunched and then, implausibly, reversed. It's hard to imagine such a scenario, gi ..read more..

There's a lot of confusion over ROI in Empire Avenue. ROI is calculated by:
ROI = (total investment return-cost)/cost
The return on investment is total dividends plus the gains you have when you sell a stock. Therefore ROI CAN NOT be calculated for a single day. What people actually mean when they say "ROI" in Empire Avenue is "daily capitalization rate".
A cap rate is simply the income divided by price. It's typically done on an annual basis but it can be done for any time period.
The problem with using a daily cap rate is it doesn't give an accurate overview of the investment. Some people have slow days but make up for it. I recommending using a 7-10 day average. Look at the dividend history for the individual. Compare the dividends to the current day and cap rate. If they are the same you know to expect this return on average. If they are lower or higher you know this is a good or bad day for the individual. http://psxs.us/mT3JCw
